We start with an Initial Consultation Call to understand your project.
Have you already started or are you at ground level? What level of engineering, project management and technical documentation do you have or need?
The goal is for us to discuss if your project is a good fit, if your specs are ready to go, and which phases need to be included in your proposal.

Next we provide a detailed Project Proposal outlining the technical specifications, engineering design, development, collaboration, project management and timeline.
We provide a fully outlined scope of work with details so you can confidently say yes to working with us. Many projects kick off with a Baseline Phase, which predicates a project build.
